Multimedia Developer

Chris develops courses in Flash and Lectora; creates interactive Flash animations, applications, and simulations; and works in video, 3D, and web.

Chris holds an Associate of Specialized Science in Multimedia from Pittsburgh Technical Institute.

Pratt Harris

Illustrator, Animator, and Photographer

Dave creates illustrations and animations, shoots and edits photos, and develops interactive Flash applications.

Dave started his career as an artist for Westinghouse Electric Corporation where he progressed from technical illustration to marketing communications. He continued his career at a large advertising agency and then at a small design studio where he was part of a team that was granted a patent. Currently, Dave is the sole proprietor of Dave Plank Graphics. He also shares his knowledge of the Adobe suite of software products as an adjunct professor at Westmoreland County Community College. Samples of his work, which include photography, graphic design, illustration, and 3D modeling, can be seen at Dave has a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree from Syracuse University and a Certificate of Multimedia from Duquesne University.

Fred Roth


Fred lights and shoots video for our technical learning programs.

Outside of TLC, Fred has done similar projects showing how products and processes work for Fisher Scientific, Alcoa, Westinghouse, PNC, and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, among others. As a freelancer for the past 20 years, he has lit feature films, worked on technical logistics for the European Broadcasting Union, been a cameraman for national broadcast specials, and lit and shot numerous corporate videos. Prior to that, he was Assistant Technical Director of a major regional theater, a producer/director for a Public Television station, and lighting director and studio manager for a regional television production company.

Zoe Woodworth

Visual Designer

Zoë built our website, creates TLC animations, shoots and prepares photos, and edits videos.

Prior to working with TLC, Zoë was an illustrator and interactive designer for, a pioneering children's e-learning website that allowed kids to create, save, and share projects online. She has also works as an independent video designer for various Pittsburgh-based art groups. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
